Celebrate Park & Recreation Month!
Our local parks and recreation are the gateways to healthy, prosperous and connected communities. Last month, Stanton Central Park celebrated its first birthday with over 180,000 visitors recorded in its first year!
On any given day, someone is being positively affected through parks and recreation – whether they are taking a walk on a trail or fitness class at the community center, getting a nutritious meal or just reaping the benefits of clean air and water because of preserved open space.
In the month of July, the Community Services Department is showcasing our programs, resources and services. We invite you to get out and play at our Stanton Parks!
