NEW ADAPTIVE PROGRAMMING!

Therapeutic recreation participants with special needs can now enjoy activities through a new pilot program titled, REACH and RAAD. This program will be offered in cooperation with the City of Stanton and Angels of Hope and will offer recreational, social, and educational adaptive programming.

 

Mission:  To provide diverse recreational, social and educational programs and services that enhance the quality of life for people of all abilities. 

Vision:  We seek to enhance and engage self-confidence and physical well-being of participants of all ages and abilities. The new program will consist of the following events:

The Springtime programs are as follows:

March Madness Basketball Game
Come join the City of Stanton and Angels of Hope as we face off and learn the sport of basketball! This game will teach the basic fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting a basket. Please feel free to bring a friend to share in the day activities and put your skills to the test Pre-registration is
required for this event.

Family Movie & Arts and Crafts Night
Come join the City of Stanton and Angels of Hope as we enjoy a fun filled night with family and friends with a movie, craft, and a cup of hot cocoa! Pre-registration is required for this event.

Mothers Day Dance Celebration
