City of Stanton Accepting Applications To Fill City Council Vacancy The Stanton City Council has started taking applications to fill the remaining term of Council Member Ed Royce Sr. His term expires in November 2014. Applications will be accepted until Monday, February 27, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. The application can be viewed on-line or can be picked up at Stanton City Hall, 7800 Katella Ave., Stanton CA 90680 between 7:00 a.m.-12 p.m. & 1:00-6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
