The City of Stanton is offering a Citizen's Academy program this fall! The Academy will begin on Wednesday, September 14 and conclude on November 2, 2016. The eight-week community and leadership development program is designed to heighten citizen awareness and create better-informed citizens who will promote a positive outlook regarding the City and community as a whole.

The Academy sessions will be held once per week beginning at 6 p.m. and ending no later than 8 p.m. All classes will be held at City Hall. Applicants from all segments of the community are encouraged to apply.
Enrollment is limited to 25 participants and applicants must be 18 years of age. Applicants will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. Applicants not selected will be maintained on file for consideration in the next Citizens Academy. Future class times will be posted here when scheduled.
